Angry Birds Coloring Books

Here are the coloring books I made to add to the goodie bags for my DD's 5th birthday party.  I used Teri's punch art designs for both the Angry Bird and Pig.  It was nice being able to put my BIA to use again since it's been sitting, collecting dust, for quite some time now (I almost forgot how to use it!! LOL).
Inside of the coloring books.  I found the coloring book pages online - there were like 6 or 8 different coloring pages and I added some blank pages to these books for the kids to draw/write on and to add some bulk to them
My kids went to town with these books after the party was over - I'm glad they appreciated them! :-)  Tomorrow I'll share with you the last of my creations for my DD's Angry Birds party.  Thanks for stopping by!

Christmas Gifts for Mom's Friends

My mom asked me to make some post-it holders for her friends at work. I decided to use my BIA for these which helped to make these really quick to make. Since I had to make 23 of these in a day, I kept them super simple. I hope her friends like them.
Thank you so much for continuing to stop by (even though I am not a consistent poster) and for all of your kind comments. I am truly grateful for the wonderful friends I have made through my blog. I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas filled with love and laughter!

BIA Notebooks for Preschoolers

I've been wanting to use my BIA again so I decided to make these little notebooks as Christmas gifts for my son's preschool classmates. Even though the notebooks didn't turn out the way I had envisioned them, I was still pleased with the finished product. I kept them simple since I realized that at 3 & 4 years old, just seeing their names on something makes them happy enough...plus, again, I was having time managment issues and found myself putting all 23 of these together a couple of days before winter break was going to start! UGH!! I really think my New Year's resolution will have to be to work on that...I cause so much stress for myself! :-)

My First BIA Project

I recently attended the Rubber Stamp and Scrapbooking Expo at the Blaisdell and got a GREAT deal on a Zutter Bind-It-All...30 bucks! I had been eyeing it up at Ben Franklin but was trying to save up for it. I was so happy to have received such a great deal on it that I promptly got to work using it when I got home that day! My 2 1/2 year old daughter absolutely LOVES notebooks (even more than dolls sometimes) to just scribble in and so I know I will get a lot of use out of my new toy!
