50's Sweethearts Card

I got this 50's Sweethearts digital stamp through The Greeting Farm a little while back but only got a chance to play with it this weekend. I had also bought some Cuttlebug Embossing Borders a while back and thought it would pair nicely with this image.

I was lucky enough to be able to stop by Manle's sale at The Pineapple Cove this weekend and picked me up a bunch of Stickles!!! So I used my NEW bottle of Xmas Red Stickles on the heart and added a little rhinestone, which I also bought at TPC, to the bow in Anya's hair. I embossed the red cardstock with my Swiss Dots folder and I used my Copics to color the cute couple. I finished the card off by adding a few dew drops for some added dimension.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great Monday!

So pretty Michele! I love all the details you put into this card. Red and black go so well together and makes the card look elegant! FAB JOB!

Thanks for the idea on how to use the cuttlebug border. I bought the same set but have been stumped on how to use it! TFS!
