Baby Shower Diaper Cake

Here is another diaper "cake" I made for another one of my DH's coworkers. This one is a car.  I had actually started this cake around the same time as the  diaper cake bike I made a few months ago but got side tracked...my DH actually had to remind me about it. (oops!)  SO, since my DS is on summer vacation now, I decided to finish it up. Glad I got it done in time! :-)

Don't mind the junk (and my DS)  in the background...he's enjoying his summer vacation!! :-)

Here is the tag I made to add to this cake...used some left over stuff from my SIL's baby shower that we had a while back.

Christmas Gift Tags

Yikes! I am so behind on everything. But at least I'm posting this before Christmas! (Hehe!) Here are some tags I made for Christmas this year. Really quick and easy since one of my non-crafty friends wanted to make them. :-) We used my Two Tags SU! Bigz die and we were able to kick out a whole bunch of these in no time!

Baby Shower

Today was the baby shower my DH and I were planning for my SIL, her DH, and their DD. My SIL actually started feeling contractions from last month. Then last week she had some contractions that were so bad that she thought she was in labor! Luckily it wasn't the "real thing" and she was able to hold the baby in long enough to make it to the shower. :-) hehe!

Anyways, these are some of the things I made for the shower. I made a card and gift tag to go on the gifts we gave them. And then the pillow boxes are the favors I made. I posted a picture of the invites I made earlier. All in all it turned out to be a nice family shower! Hopefully we were able to help them get stocked up on some of the baby necessities they'll need!

Christmas Gift for Brenda

Brenda stopped by last week to drop of some goodies for me so I thought it'd be the perfect time to give her, her Christmas gift...thank goodness I started early this year!! :-) I placed a few goodies in this gable box (my first one) and thought it was the perfect opportunity for me to use my new Itty Bitty Christmas stamps! I used stickles and liquid pearls to decorate this little Christmas cutie!!

I hope you are all able to take some time to enjoy this holiday season!! For me, I'm counting down the days until my husband returns from his work trip this Saturday!!!
